Yes its "post nerf" as well as 3/10 used be the "MAX" mod. and blue items cannot have maximun mods..

That 3/10 is also probs worst type of that mod can be

I am sure I've seen a +27 -3 10% shield but I am not sure if a perfect one has ever gone around although it most certainly was possible at one point.

1) Are there still some "Candy Canes" around? Those from first wintersday... (not peppermint, rainbow, just "candy cane"....) Anyone know someone who has one?

2)does 13^enchant still drop for golden weps?

No. Gold weps only drop 14-15% nowadays

Purple 12-14% and blue lower then that

Used be 12-15% for gold. 11% purple, lower for blues

hi got a question about the tribal blades metioned earlier in the post.
Where ive been farming alot recently, ive had a large amount of blue tribals drop (post said grape and gold dont drop). if that is the case what should be the max stats i should be looking for? best ive had which i merched by mistake was a 14 or 15/21 14% below 50% health

I think there was/is a req7 11^50 to be known. However nowadays req8 12^50 should be best for uninscr. afaik. And req8 inscr. of course for inscr. ones.

yeah, this. Inherent can be 3-5/xx% and inscription is 5/xx%

I think I still have a stack or 2 from 2005 as I've bought shitloads of them and didn't sell all when price went x10, but in an update shortly before Wintersday2006 they were renamed in our inventories I'm sure they stacked with the 2006 ones.

yes xunlai on guru has the fellblade its the only one ive seen, chaos axes my buddy rice has one, should be a couple of chaos axes out there though with +5, perhaps half a dozen

Not all resto items were nerfed. never heard of same happening with heal/prot tho..

On Canthan Universal staffs resto did get nerfed, ie. Celestial, platinum, Zodiac, Forbidden, Cockratrice, Dragon, Bo, Plagueborn etc

No 15-16 Under 50 dont drop

For other skins nerfed for special attritube id think of Dead staff skin for ele staffs?
